What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 4:30 PM. A valid credit card and current government-issued ID is required at check-in. Pre-paid cards will not be accepted.

Are children allowed at the resort?

Primary guests on the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a current government-issued ID in order to check in. Must be 21 years of age or older to enter the gaming floor.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking in the hotel room is prohibited and any evidence of smoking will forfeit any deposit made and guests will be subject to the do not rent list.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, however service animals are allowed.

Who can access the pool?

Hotel guests are allowed to access the pool area.

What parking is available?

Self-parking is available throughout the property, including a 5-floor parking garage. Valet is not available at this time.
