The War and Treaty at Hard Rock Live

TULSA, Okla. (Jan. 6, 2026) — Known for its powerful blend of country and soul, Grammy-nominated The War and Treaty brings one of music’s most compelling husband-and-wife duos to Hard Rock Live inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa on Saturday, April 11, at 8 p.m.

Michael Trotter Jr. and Tanya Trotter have earned widespread acclaim in recent years, including two Grammy nominations, back-to-back Duo/Group of the Year honors at the Americana Music Honors & Awards and coveted stadium-opening slots for legends such as The Rolling Stones and Zach Bryan. The duo’s live performances — electrifying, emotional and steeped in unity — continue to captivate audiences nationwide.

With the release of its latest album, “Plus One,” the duo expands its signature sound across 18 tracks rooted in hope, healing and togetherness. Produced primarily by Michael and recorded at the iconic FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, the project serves as the group’s fourth full-length album and a follow-up to 2023’s “Lover’s Game,” which earned a Grammy nomination for Best American Roots Song for its standout track “Blank Page.” The album’s dynamic soundscape draws inspiration from gospel, bluegrass, contemporary country, classic soul, symphonic pop and folk-rock, created in collaboration with its longtime live band and esteemed producers, including Jonathan Singleton, John Shanks and Jesse Frasure.

Michael and Tanya’s journey began in 2010 after meeting at a Maryland music festival, where their undeniable chemistry quickly blossomed into both a musical and personal partnership. Since forming The War and Treaty, the couple, now based in Nashville, has shared stages with Chris Stapleton, Al Green and Zach Bryan, performed twice at the White House and contributed to Bryan’s platinum-certified hit “Hey Driver.” The band’s music continues to resonate deeply with fans from all walks of life, inspiring everyone from military veterans to young aspiring artists.

Tickets start at $24.50 and go on sale Jan. 9.
