Rick Springfield at Hard Rock Live

TULSA, Okla. (Jan. 20, 2026) — Best known as one of the defining voices of the ’80s power-pop era, Rick Springfield is hitting the road and making a return to Hard Rock Live inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa on Thursday, April 30, at 8 p.m.

Springfield is a Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and musician who has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide and earned 17 U.S. Top 40 hits. His chart-topping catalog includes enduring classics such as “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “An Affair of the Heart,” “I’ve Done Everything for You,” “Love Somebody” and “Human Touch.”

Beyond music, Springfield has built a respected acting career, appearing alongside Meryl Streep in the feature film “Ricki and the Flash” and delivering critically acclaimed performances on television. His roles include the unsettling Dr. Irving Pitlor on HBO’s “True Detective,” Lucifer on the CW’s hit series “Supernatural” and the unhinged Pastor Charles on FX’s global phenomenon “American Horror Story.”

Springfield is also a successful author. His 2010 memoir, “Late, Late at Night,” was named one of Rolling Stone’s 25 Greatest Rock Memoirs of All Time, and his 2014 comedic novel “Magnificent Vibration” landed on The New York Times Best Seller list. In recognition of his lasting impact on entertainment, Springfield received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2014, just steps from the first apartment he lived in after arriving in the United States from Australia in 1971.

In addition to touring, Springfield hosts the popular SiriusXM radio show “Working Class DJ,” which airs weekly on 80s on 8. In 2023, he released a new album, “Automatic,” his first collection of all-new original material in five years, further proving his continued creative drive and relevance.
