Rules To Qualify for the All Progressive Bad Beat Jackpots
Bad Beat Jackpot will be paid out on live raked Texas Hold ‘em games only. (Tournament games do not qualify.) Four or more players must be dealt in the hand with a minimum of $10 being in the pot. Players sitting out for more than 10 minutes do not qualify for the jackpot. We will take one additional dollar from any pot in which there is a flop seen by the players on all live Texas Hold'em tables. The extra dollar will be dropped into a separate drop box. The dollar will be divided into three funds: Primary Jackpot, Secondary Jackpot (used to reseed the Primary) and Promotional Account.
Primary Jackpot receives 35%
Secondary Jackpot receives 5%
Promotional Account receives 60%
The Secondary Jackpot will freeze at $25,000. Once the Secondary Jackpot is reached, that percentage will go to the Promotional Account. When the current Primary is hit, the Primary Jackpot will freeze at $75,000. Once the Primary Jackpot is reached, that percentage will go to the Secondary unless that is frozen, then the percentage will go to the Promotional Account. Both hole cards must be used in both the winning and losing hand, and the hand must go to a showdown. If there are two or more hands that qualify for the jackpot within one hand, then the two highest hands will be considered for the jackpot, with the highest hand being the winning hand (the winner) and the second highest hand winning the bad beat (the loser of the hand). Players must play their hand independently and cannot tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players. Any collusion will void a bad beat. All called or checked hands on the river must be tabled. Violations will disqualify the hand for the jackpot. During the WSOP® circuit events and/or special events (with notification), we will only offer the Mini Jackpot. Only the highest eligible jackpot will be awarded.
