How to Play Poker
Each player receives three cards down and four cards up. The best five-card poker hand out of the seven cards wins the pot.
Each player antes and receives two cards down and one card up. The player with the lowest up card must open the betting. This is the only forced bet in the game. All other players may call the bet, raise or fold. There are four additional rounds of betting after each of the fourth through seventh cards is dealt. The fourth through sixth cards are dealt up, and the last card is dealt down. On each round of betting after the first, the highest hand showing always starts the betting. Betting limits normally double after the fifth card is dealt. Players may check, bet, call, raise or fold. Checking and then raising after another player bets is allowed.
Hold ‘em is similar to Seven-Card Stud. Each player receives two cards face down. Five cards are turned up in the center of the table and used by all players. Players may use any combination of their two hole cards plus the five community cards on the table to make the best five-card poker hand.
Before any cards are dealt, the first player on the left of the dealer button must bet “in the blind.” In some games, two or more blinds are required. After the first two cards are dealt, players may call the blind bet, raise or fold. Players required to bet “in the blind” have an option to raise the blind on the first round of betting after the flop. The player to the left of the button starts the action. Betting limits normally double after “fourth street” is dealt.
Omaha is similar to Texas Hold ‘em. Each player receives four cards face down. Five cards are turned face up in the center of the table and are used by all players. Players must use precisely two cards from their four-card holding and three cards from the five community cards to make the best five-card poker hand.

Poker Hand Rankings
- Royal Flush – An ace-high straight flush that’s the highest-ranking hand possible.
- Straight Flush – All five cards are in both sequence and common suit.
- Four of a Kind – Four cards of the same rank.
- Full House – Three cards of one rank and two of another rank.
- Flush – Five cards of the same suit.
- Straight – Five cards in sequence. Aces may be used either high or low.
- Three of a Kind – Three cards of the same rank.
- Two Pair – Two groups of two cards of the same rank.
- One Pair – Two cards of the same rank.
- High Card – The rank of hands containing no pair is determined by the highest ranking card.
The Three-Card Poker player has the opportunity to make three bets—the ante, in which he competes against the dealer; the Pair Plus bet, in which he is rewarded for a high hand; and the Play bet, in which a bonus gives the player an extra payout for premium hands.
As the name implies, in Three-Card Poker, the player and the dealer use only three cards. The game is easy to understand because it uses fewer cards than regular poker. The strategy is simplified because there are no drawing cards. If the player gets high hands, ranging from a pair to a straight flush, he receives a bonus payout that increases as the hands improve.
The bonus hands give the players three ways to win, but the player does not have to have a premium hand because he will be paid even money if he beats the dealer's hand.
If the dealer does not have a Queen high hand, players are paid on the ante, the Play and the Pair Plus bets. This gives a high frequency of contested hands, providing excitement for players whether they are low-stakes players or high rollers.
Play Pair Plus - Bet the PAIR PLUS spot to bet on your own hand. If your hand contains a pair or better, you win! It's just you and the cards.
Play Ante - Bet on the ANTE spot to play against the dealer's hand. It's just you and the dealer. If you bet on the ANTE spot and like your hand, you must place a wager on the PLAY spot. This is equal to the ANTE. It's your three-card poker hand against the dealer's three-card poker hand—best hand wins!
Play Both - It's you and the cards for a pair or better: it's you and the dealer for the best three-card poker hand. You must also make the PLAY wager or you will forfeit both the ANTE and PAIR PLUS wagers.
Ante Bonus - If you make the ANTE and PLAY wagers, you may win a bonus payout even if the dealer doesn't qualify and even if the dealer's hand beats your hand.
Blackjack is a game of skill. Although the basic rules are easy to learn, there are different techniques and betting strategies you can use to enhance your potential of winning. The object of the game is to accumulate cards with point totals close to 21, without exceeding 21.
Before you are dealt any cards, you must ante and make a bet by placing chips in the circles directly in front of your seat. If you wish to tip the dealer, you can place a chip in front of your betting circle. The dealer deals you two cards, both face up. The dealer gets two cards as well, one face down and one face up.
The goal of blackjack is to get as high of a value as possible without going over 21. If you go over 21, you bust and the dealer wins the hand. You obtain the value of your hand by adding together the cards that are face up in front of you, remembering that the ace is worth either one or 11. So, if you had two 10s and an ace, you would have a hand of 21 because the ace would count as one.
Blackjack is a solo game. Even though there might be eight players at a table, there can be no teamwork between the players. It is strictly a one-on-one game between the player and the dealer. If you beat the value of the dealer’s hand without busting, you win the hand no matter how well any of the other players’ hands did. If the dealer busts and you don’t, then you win the hand as well.
After the players have fully finished making their hands, the dealer flips over his face-down card. If the total value of his hand is less than 17, he must hit again. If you beat the dealer straight up, you receive your original bet back plus the amount of the original bet as your winnings. If you receive a blackjack (21), you win 1.5 times the amount of your original bet.
Hit: This means you want the dealer to add another card to your hand. Indicate to the dealer that you want a hit by making a beckoning motion with your finger or tapping the table behind your cards with your finger.
Stand: This means you are satisfied with the total of the hand and want to stand with the cards you have. Indicate that you want to stand by waving your hand over the cards.
Split: If you have two like cards (a pair of 10s), you could exercise the option to split. When you split, you must make another bet equal to your original bet. Just place your chip next to the original chip bet on the hand. By pair splitting, you play each card as a separate hand and you can draw as many cards as you like to each hand. Pairs can split up to three times, equaling four hands. Aces can only receive one card on each.
Double Down: This playing option allows you to double your bet in return for receiving only one draw card. You can only double down after you receive your first two cards and before drawing another card. To signal the dealer that you want to double down, just place your chip next to the original chip bet on the hand.
Insurance: When the dealer’s up card is an ace, the dealer will ask players if they want to make the insurance wager. It is a side bet in which players are betting that the dealer’s hole card will be a 10-value card. Players can make an insurance bet up to one-half of the initial bet made on the hand. To make the insurance bet, you simply place your chips on the insurance line located right above the player’s betting box. This will ensure your hand and cover your bet. Insurance pays 2-to-1.

Play Ante: Bet on the ante spot to play against the dealer's hand. It's just you and the dealer. If you bet on the ante spot and like your hand, you must place a wager on the play spot. This must be equal to the ante. It's your three-card poker hand against the dealer's three-card poker hand, and the best hand Wins.
Play Both: It's you and the cards for a pair or better; it's you and the dealer for the best three-card poker hand. You must also make the play wager, or you forfeit both the ante and pair plus wagers.

Ultimate Texas Hold 'em
The game features head-to-head play against the dealer with an optional bonus bet. The game allows you to bet aggressively and the earlier you bet, the more you can risk and win. You have an advantage by not having to fold until seeing all the community cards.
You make equal bets in the ante and blind circles. You may also bet the trips bet. Players and the dealer receive two cards each. Those cards are combined with five community cards to make his/her best five-card poker hand.
Once you receive your two hole cards, you can either check or bet three times (3x) or four times (4x) the ante. The dealer will then reveal the first three cards (flop). If you haven't already made a play bet, you can check or bet two times (2x) the ante. The dealer then reveals the final two community cards (river). If you haven't bet already, you must now bet one times (1x) your ante or fold.
Winning and Losing
The dealer then reveals his/her two hole cards and announces his/her hand. If your hand beats the dealer's, your play and ante bets win even money. If the dealer's hand beats your hand, your play, ante and blind bets lose. If you tie, those bets push. The blind pays if your hand is higher than the dealer. If you beat the dealer with less than a straight, the blind pushes. The trips bonus pays odds if your final five-card hand is a three-of-a-kind or better, regardless of the dealer's hand.
The dealer must have at least a pair to qualify. If the dealer doesn't qualify, you receive your ante bet back. All other bets receive action.
Card Craps utilizes cards instead of dice and perfectly simulates the random outcome of the traditional dice game of Craps. Craps can be one of the most intimidating games for a new player. The layout itself seems confusing because of the number o f bets compared to other table games, however it's one of the easiest games to learn. It can be as simple or complicated as you desire, depending on the types of bets you place.
Card Craps is a table game usually played by several players. with one of the players being the shooter. Players make wagers on the outcome of the roll. hand or a series of hands. Instead of rolling the dice, the shooter is given a roller ball to hit, which initiates the rolling of the dice on the screen. Using a special deck of 36 cards. the stickman draws a card from an electronic shuffling device and scans the card. The stickman verfies that the card matches the dice on the screen before announcing the results of the roll. All players bet on the same roll regardless of who is shooting.
Players make their bets before the card is scanned. In order to be the shooter. you must make a pass line or don't pass bet, then continue shooting until a "seven-out" hand results. After each round. the roller ball passes clockwise. If you do not want to be the shooter, you can pass it to the next person.
The first roll of a new round is called the come out roll or the come out hand. The objective is to roll a "point" (four, five. six. eight. nine or 10) on the come out hand. Once the point is established. the pass line bettor wins if the point is rolled again, and loses if a seven is rolled first. When the point is lost. the process starts over.
A standard crew for a craps table consists of two base dealers. a box person and a stickman. Each base dealer works a specific end of the table. The box person oversees the action on a table. The Stickman controls the pace of the game. announces the results of each hand
and appoints the shooter.
The easier bets are described below. Keep in mind that there are many more bets to make. The craps crew will be happy to assist and explain any and all bets to you.
Pass line is a bet that must be made before the come out hand. It wins if the come out hand is a seven or 11, and loses if the hand shows craps (two, three or 12). If any other number comes up, that becomes the player's point.
Don't pass is a bet opposite of the pass line. The player wins if the come out roll shows two or three. and loses if the hand shows seven or 11. If the shooter rolls a 12. the bet is a push. If any other number comes up, that becomes the player's point.
Come is similar to the pass bet, but can be made only while a round is in progress.
Don't come is similar to the don't pass. but can only be made while around is in progress.
Odds is a bet that can only be made if the player has bet on the pass line, don't pass, come, or don't come. It is placed behind the original bet once the point is established.
Place bet wagers that a certain number will come up before a seven is dealt. Players choose their own numbers (four, five. six. eight, nine or 10). If the point chosen is dealt. the player wins. If a seven is dealt. the player loses on an intermediate roll.
Field bet is a wager that can be made at any time during the game and is determined with a single hand. If the hand is a two. three. four. nine. 10. 11 or 12. the player wins. The bet is lost if any other number is dealt.
Roulette gameplay is uncomplicated. Familiarizing yourself with the basic rules of roulette and the etiquette of table games will put you miles ahead of the other players. To win at roulette, you must predict where the ball will land alter each spin. Different players use different strategies; some will bet only on numbers that have not come up for a long time. and some go with "hot" or consistently winning numbers, believing them to be lucky numbers. Though some players bet on several numbers at a time to increase their chances of winning on each spin, the payout is considerably lowered this way.
The table layout consists of outside bets and inside bets. Outside bets include the area on the roulette table that borders the numbers layout. This includes columns. dozens. black or red. odd or even. and 1-18 and 19-36 (also called low/high). Inside bets are on any numbers directly inside the layout. The roulette wheel consists of slots for numbers 1-36 and slots for 0 and 00.
At a table with a five-dollar minimum bet, you are required to place five dollars on each of your outside bets and/or a total of at least five dollars on your inside bets.
Each player is assigned a different color of chip, helping the dealer differentiate bets by matching chips to the corresponding players. These chips have no cash value at other tables or at the cashier's window. The roulette dealer will exchange the non-value chips for regular chips when you wish to leave. Note that if you leave the roulette lable with the non-value chips and bring them back later, they will only be cashed in
for one dollar per chip.
In roulette. more than one player can wager per belting spot since each player uses a different color of chip. After the dealer announces. "place your bets," he/she then starts the wheel on the roulette screen. The dealer gives you ample time to bet, calls "no more bets," then draws a card from an electronic shuffling device. The card is then scanned, which in turn drops the ball on the matching number on the roulette screen. At this point, the dealer exposes the card, verifies that the card matches the screen, and announces the winning number. If there is a malfunction and the screen does not match the card, the card determines the outcome. A clear marker is placed on that number's spot on the table layout. Winners are paid according to the odds that
exist against that type of bet.
Your payout is determined by your chip placement:
Straight Up: Choose any one number or zero (pays 35: 1)
Split: Choose any two numbers (pays 17: 1)
Corner: Choose any four numbers (pays 8: 1)
Street: Choose any three numbers across (pays 11: 1)
Sixline: Choose any two rows of three across (pays 5: 1)
Dozen: Choose 1st (1-12). 2nd (13-24) or 3rd (25-36) dozen numbers (pays 2:1)
Column: Choose 1st. 2nd or 3rd column (pays 2: 1)
Even Money Bets: Low (1-18) or High (19-36). Red or Black, Odd or Even
Must be 21 years of age and have valid photo ID to game or be on the casino floor.
