Q – Where can I go for help completing the online application?
A – Refer to our helpful hints page or you can contact the CNE help desk at 1-888-278-6318.

Q – When I click on the Search for Jobs/Apply for Jobs button nothing appears to happen. Why?
A – When you click on this button, a new window should open. If it does not, and you have a pop-up blocker installed on your browser, set your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from our site or disable your pop-up blocker while you complete the online application.

Q – What do I do if I do not have an email address?
A – Our online application process requires an email address to log in. However, the email address does not have to be valid. For this reason, we instruct new applicants without a valid email address to use their firstname.lastname@cneapp.com. This lets us know that you do not have a valid email address and if we need to contact you, we should call you on the phone number that you provided. Please remember this email address, as it becomes your log in back into our system to apply for more jobs or update your resume.

Q – Can I apply for more than one job at a time?
A – Yes, just add them to your job basket before you click the “Apply for Jobs in Basket” button.

Q – How do I get back into CNE’s application system once I exit?
A – Navigate back to www.hardrockcasinotulsa.com
